We have used Chris Eiseman and his company's services on two homes now. Our first home in Fairfield 10 years ago was in serious need of updated landscaping. Chris and his team designed and installed a turn key product including irrigation and landscaping. Chris and his crew did a great job bringing the yard back to its original condition ... he also installed state of the art LED lighting and wifi enabled irrigation control which should really help manage water consumption while improving overall moisture management for the planting. His work crew was on time everyday and very careful to do a neat job, minding the pool and other areas in the yard. Highly recommended!

We worked with ELI for a total front yard landscape renovation and new lighting installation. E.L.I. Land Design designed and installed the most amazing landscaping for our Spanish Revival home in Bentwater on Lake Conroe. From start-up of the project to the finish, we were extremely pleased with their high level of customer service, personal attention to details, knowledge of plants and subsequent designs along with quality workmanship. They are very flexible to meet the customer’s needs and make the applicable recommendations to ensure the plants are in the right locations and climate. Once the project is complete, they continue to stay in touch, answer questions and come by regularly to check on the landscaping and irrigation system. We called on ELI to create a unique, attractive and marketable plan for a very high end community in Houston. The complexity of the project was about as high as you could make it due to the need to build a large retaining wall while protecting existing natural landscaping and a lake. We are delighted with the results of the project. ELI meet all of our needs and continues to be a expert consultant on all things landscaping for our project. ELI was responsible for the design and direction of our pool, courtyard, street scape, colors, lighting, hard surfaces and furnishings. We have already invited them to work on our next project. The ELI team is talented, timely, responsive and classy.
Chris and his ELI team provided a comprhensive analysis of the drainage issues with respect to my property. Chris was very professional and knowledgable about the sheet flow and how the contractor had graded the property in the context of the Woodlands plan. He outlined a plan to address the issue, which included re-grading the property and replacing parts of the yard. It's clear Chris is very experienced with respect to assessing a property's water flow and providing solutions to acccommodate proper flow. Ultimately, Chris and his team put in new tile, re-graded the yard, and updated the landscaping. With respect to the landscaping, I find Chris to be knowledgable about the area and type of landscaping that works best for the climate. After the work was complete, Chris and his team did several follow up calls with respect to my spinkler system and subsequent plantings. I found him to be very responsive and timely. Overall they did a terrific job and I would recommend him for additional work.

Chris quickly responded to my call and arrived promptly to all scheduled appts. He took notice of our new pool's design and submitted a complementing landscape drawing and detailed pricing within days. We loved it; he was spot on for the style we wanted! His team showed up when they were scheduled with a clear plan of action and worked dilegently at installing drains, trees, beds and lighting, even cleaning up at the end of each day. They were professional at all levels. We were referred to Chris and E.L.I. Land Design for help with our front and backyard landscape and lighting design. We have now completed the front yard, and Chris and his team are phenomenal! For starters, we wanted to add trees to our front yard and Chris was very careful to select trees that would do well with the environment and sun exposure that the front receives. When we saw the trees, they made our jaws drop as they were so beautifully selected. The landscape design is also very beautiful and the lighting is exactly what we wanted- tasteful and ambient. His team is very dependable, works hard, and does not cut corners. Chris is very likeable, he does a great job of listening, he is very accessible, and he takes the time to explain things thoroughly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught us a lot as he fields our hundreds of questions very graciously! We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending E.L.I. land design.
Chris and his team did an outstanding job on the landscaping of our new home in the fall of 2013. It was October/November when they put it in and almost every plant made it through the winter. What did not, he promptly replaced without hesitation. Our back yard needed an extensive drainage system to work with our infinity pool and I can proudly say that the water has not once flowed into the pool from the yard!
